  1. The Warranty plan will only be activated once the concerned device has fulfilled an eligibility checklist and a thorough inspection, which will be carried out by an Unbreak Agent.
  2. If the warranty plan was purchased via the Unbreak website. The Unbreak agent will visit you within 24-72 hours for an inspection of the device to be covered.
  3. If the warranty plan were to be purchased at an Unbreak Kiosk, the checklist will be carried out on the spot by an Unbreak agent present at the time.
  4. Your device coverage will be valid for a period of 12 months after activation of your warranty plan, and is eligible for renewal.
  5. The warranty covers devices that are original, not refurbished and that have never been opened by a third party.
  6. Unbreak reserves the right to deny a claim, where they think the device was intentionally damaged.
  7. Legal documentation including police certificate and CCTV footage capturing the incident is necessary in case of a theft related claim.
  8. It could take up to 15 days for the device to be repaired and may exceed in a few cases due to the non- immediate availability of parts.
  9. The warranty is applicable for only one claim, as the warranty plan will have to be renewed for service continuity.
  10. If the device is not eligible for our warranty plan, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
  11. Any incident occurring outside the policy period is not eligible for the claim.
  12. Theft due to the device being used by someone else other than you or a member of your family will not be covered.
  13. The IMEI number of the device will be checked and verified during the warranty claim.
  14. If the IMEI number of the device does not match the IMEI number recorded during the time of purchasing the warranty, full claim and repair costs will be borne by the customer during warranty claim.
  15. The warranty is only applicable to the electronic device and not any device accessories.
  16. Unauthorized modification or repair which is undertaken by any third party service provider will not be covered.
  17. During warranty claim, in case of a repair, 10 percent of the repair costs will be borne by the customer.
  18. If the device needs to be replaced during the warranty claim, 25% of the replacement cost will be borne by the customer.
