Terms and Conditions

  • Warranty will only be activated after submitting a device checklist to the Unbreak expert.
  • Your coverage will be valid for a period of 12 months after activation of your warranty plan and is eligible to renewal.
  • The warranty only covers devices that are original, not refurbished or that have never been opened by a third party.
  • The first party may deny a claim, where they think the device was intentionally damaged.
  • Legal documentation including police certificate and CCTV footage capturing the incident is necessary in case of a theft claim.
  • It could take up to 15 days for the device to be repaired and may exceed in a few cases due to the known availability of parts.
  • The warranty is applicable for only one claim, and the plan will have to be renewed for service continuity.
  • The warranty claim will only be fulfilled upon thorough investigation of the device.
  • The Unbreak agent will visit you within 24-72 hours for inspection of the device.
  • If the device is not eligible for our warranty plan, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • Any incident occurring outside the policy period is not eligible for the claim.
  • Theft due to the device being used by someone else other than you or a member of your family will not be covered.
  • Proof of purchase for the covered device will have to be provided for warranty claim.
  • The warranty is only applicable to the device and not the device accessories.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair which is undertaken by any third party service provider will not be covered.
